How to Order

There are several convenient ways to purchase EcoSouLife products.

Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Times

Typical orders ship within 3-4 business days of processing.

Estimated arrival dates don’t apply to:

  • Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering

Please Note:

  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
  • We do our best to maintain adequate inventory at our warehouse. In the event that an item on your order is out-of-stock, we will notify you seeking permission to process your order.

    Your order will be on hold and will not ship until we hear back from you. The out of stock item possible to place on backorder.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping Tracking number via email on the day your package ships, within 2-3 business days of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand by our product and your satisfaction is important to us. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through ecosoulife.com simply contact our customer service department and they will guide you in this process. The product must not be used or has been purchased in the last 30 days.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Additionally, the product must be received in original sealed condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees to the originating warehouse. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.

We will accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Order arrives damaged
  • Order is missing product or wrong product is received

Please allow 14-21 business days for your return to reach us and to be processed. EcoSouLife will not accept responsibility for products lost in transit or products that are damaged due to inadequate packaging for return shipment.
